We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Ordering and Payment

An order made via our website is an offer to purchase products. When we receive a valid order from you, we will acknowledge by email that we have received and are processing your order. We will take payment from you when we accept your order.

Once your order is confirmed we are unable to change or cancel any aspects of it. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment.

All payments via our site are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.

Delivery

Delivery is made by NZ Post. We currently ship within New Zealand. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

Delivery to rural addresses may take longer in some areas. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you.

You must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date if you have not received an item.

Click and Collect

Collection is available from our warehouse located at 1/8 Ke Ahi Rise, Tauriko, Tauranga, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm.

You must wait for your Dispatch confirmation email before collecting. All orders must be collected within 7 days, otherwise we may refund your order and release products to other customers.

Damaged Items

We take every care when packing your order. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please email us with photographic evidence and provide full details of condition/damage. Please do not dispose of any items until advised to by us. We take every measure to make these situations right with the customer.

Risk

The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.
