Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

Fat God orders are usually dispatched within one to two business days of your order being placed. Please note that during promotional periods, dispatch may take up to three business days.

Fat God orders are sent using NZ Post. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your dispatch email, please check your junk folder.

Delivery to rural addresses may take longer in some areas. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you.

After your parcel leaves Fat God HQ, it should take one to three business days to reach you. You must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date if you have not received an item.
