We stand by the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us at hello@fatgod.co.nz with photographic evidence and full details of the issue. Please do not dispose of any items until advised to by us.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or affect your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to the extent that such limitation or other contracting out is prohibited by that Act.
